Until I bought "Out Of Body" I pretty much figured most of the binaural apps were about the same. I was wrong. I tried this app for the first time this morning and before I knew it, an hour and fifteen minutes had passed. I can only describe the experience as "alert dreaming". When I closed the session, I felt amazingly refreshed. One thought...based on my first use of "Out Of Body" a timer would really be useful. Perhaps in an update?
Some people dont realize that this app will not just cause you to have an out of body experience. It is meant as an aid for people trying to have one. It takes work on your part. Otherwise, great!! 
If your like me, I went through iDoser/Binoural Beats Galore and had little to medium effects. But the first time I used this app, it put me in a state of awareness as I was falling asleep. That night I had my first lucid dream. And I only listened to it for 20minutes!! Astral projection has never worked for me, but this a dreamers must have!
Its Thursday night, April 8..? And Im lying in bed at ten. I cant sleep so I buy this app, and try it out. After about 20 min, Im seeing images randomly flashing through my mind. All of the sudden, I begin to vibrate violently. Then, startled, with my heart racing, I write this review, at 11:05pm. AMAZING. I thought this stuff was all a hoax. I am a believer, and Im going back now to do it again!!!
Although pricey, this app actually will work! After only about 10 min of listening I was extremely sleepy and ab 5 min later I felt my whole body starting to vibrate, it was kind of freaky but def cool!! It needs more features to be worth the $4 in my opinion, thats why its not getting 5 stars... But still great app!!
My review is simple: works and works well. All the reviews that state that it doesnt work have authors who have no knowledge in meditation. This isnt going to give you an out of body experiance just by listening. You must sit or lie down in a comfortable postion, be in silence preferably and concentrate on your breathing. Deep breath in, hold, deep breath out, through your nose both times. Clear your mind. If you follow those basic guidelines you will get the full effects. The first 15 are all relaxation then around the 16th min you will begin to feel its effects. Well worth the money.

Some bad moments

When I press play it just crashes on iPod touch 4th gen please fix
Originally downloaded and seemed to be working good, updated and now crashes and doesnt work at all. Hopefully a fix is forthcoming or a refund? Using 3rd Generation Ipod touch.

I have never been able to use this app and cant get any support.
Does anybody read any of these reviews and fix problems because I am sure the public should be aware of this negligence and malfunction in the Apps we buy. I will have to take the Matter further if the problem is not fixed. Do not buy it is a total con job and does not work. I am surprised after all this time it is still on sale. Poor people like myself are being conned $3.99 plus taxes each time. Take it off sale because people will start distrusting the site. I rarely buy from the store now after that experience.
Dont know if this actually works. Why, you might ask? Because the app times out with the iPhone. Id like someone to fix it or give me my money back. Thanks.
