I gave it 4 stars only because of the price. I havent had an experience in years, and have tried other binaural beats that never worked. This one got me going in and out of meditation and slight vibrations. I also been having more vivid dreams. Looking forward still to the out of body experience, only time and patience is key.

If you could add a loop button or a timer, that would change my stars to 5.
