This isnt going to give you an out of body experiance just by listening. You must sit or lie down in a comfortable postion, be in silence preferably and concentrate on your breathing. Deep breath in, hold, deep breath out, through your nose both times. Clear your mind. If you follow those basic guidelines you will get the full effects. The first 15 are all relaxation then around the 16th min you will begin to feel its effects. Well worth the money.
